On Sunday, March 23, former Bassett High School standout Jade Hylton’s current college team, the Virginia Cavaliers, lost 12-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the California Golden Bears.
The game took place at Palmer Park. This was their third matchup against the Golden Bears this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 28 at 6 p.m. at Melissa Cook Stadium against Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
