On Sunday, March 2, former Bassett High School standout Jade Hylton’s current college team, the Virginia Cavaliers, won 12-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Hofstra Pride.
The game took place at Palmer Park. This was their second matchup against the Pride this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 4 p.m. at Palmer Park against Longwood Lancers.
