On Sunday, March 9, former Bassett High School standout Jade Hylton’s current college team, the Virginia Cavaliers, won 9-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Virginia Tech Hokies.
The game took place at Tech Softball Park. This was their third matchup against the Hokies this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 11 at 4 p.m. at Palmer Park against James Madison Dukes.
