On Friday, May 23, former Bassett High School standout Trever Barnes’ current collegiate team the Lynchburg Hornets lost 4-7 against the Rowan Profs in the NCAA Division III Baseball Championship.

The game took place at James C. Fox Field at 12 p.m. and was the first matchup against the Rowan Profs in the tournament.

The Lynchburg Hornets’ next game will take place on Saturday, May 24 at 11 a.m. at James C. Fox Field.
