On Thursday, Feb. 27, former Halifax County High School standout Colin Mabe’s current college team, the Hampden-Sydney Tigers, lost 3-1 in their NCAA Division III baseball game against the Mary Washington Eagles.
The game took place at Ty Cobb Ballpark – Wurdeman Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Eagles this season.
The Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 3 p.m. at Ty Cobb Ballpark – Wurdeman Stadium against Rowan Profs.
