On Friday, Feb. 7, former Bassett High School standout Jade Hylton’s current college team, the Virginia Cavaliers, lost 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the South Carolina Gamecocks.
The game took place at Carolina Softball Stadium. This was their second matchup against the Gamecocks this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 5 p.m. at Carolina Softball Stadium against East Carolina Pirates.
