On Sunday, March 30, former Bassett High School standout Jade Hylton’s current college team, the Virginia Cavaliers, won 6-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
The game took place at Melissa Cook Stadium. This was their third matchup against the Fighting Irish this season.
The Cavaliers’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1 at 5 p.m. at Palmer Park against Maryland Terrapins.
