On Saturday, March 29, former Halifax County High School standout Shamya Hankins’ current college team, the Virginia State Trojans, won 9-8 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Lincoln Lions.
The game took place at LU Softball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.
The Trojans’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 29 at 2 p.m. at LU Softball Complex against Lincoln Lions.
