Sentara Medical Group is pleased to offer the COVID-19 vaccine to anyone who is 12 years or older. If you or your child is interested in receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine, please schedule an appointment today by calling 1-833-887-6943.
We will be hosting a COVID-19 vaccine clinic for anyone who is 12 years of age or older in your area on June 16th at the following location:

Important Reminders
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A signed consent form is required to receive the vaccine.
- The Pfizer vaccine requires two doses, 21 days apart. Your second dose will be scheduled at the clinic after you receive your first dose.
- Vaccines will also be available to eligible family members (adults or children) or caretakers, if requested.
- All patients will need to be monitored for 15 minutes after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine. Please plan accordingly.
- To help us practice safe social distancing, please only bring patients/guardians who will be receiving the COVID-19 vaccine or signing the consent form to your appointment. We will have limited space in our waiting areas.
