New AMNB Online & Mobile Banking Upgrade

American National Bank and Trust Company issued the following announcement on Aug. 19

Coming Soon: An Upgraded Digital Banking Experience.

On September 22, 2021, our current online and mobile banking platforms will be upgraded to an improved digital banking experience with MORE convenience, ADDED security, and many NEW features. 

What do I need to prepare?

  1. Ensure you have a compatible browser downloaded on your computer.
    • Our new online banking platform is supported by most browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari. 
    • It is NOT supported by Microsoft Explorer. 
  2. Make sure you know your log-in credentials. Face ID and Touch ID won't work the first time you access the site.
  3. Please be sure we have your latest email address for communications.
  4. Keep an eye out for emails and further information regarding this upgrade!
First Time Access

Access From Any Device

  1.  Once our new platform has launched on September 22nd, you can log in using the same blue login button found on our site.
  2. Your current credentials will still work to log in.
  3. You will also be asked to set up Two-Factor Authentication, to help safeguard your account. Once this information is entered, you'll choose to receive a one-time verification code by either 1) Text message to the mobile number entered, 2) Automated phone call to the phone number entered, or 3) Authy (Opens in a new Window)or other authenticator app
Access to the New Mobile App

  •  Once our new app is available on September 22, you'll first need to download it from the Apple Store or Google Play Store by searching for "AMNB." (If you open the existing app on your phone, it should also prompt you to download the new app.)
  • Your current credentials will work but PLEASE NOTE: Biometrics will NOT work the first time you log in to the app. You will need to contact us if you do not recall them.
  • You will also be asked to set up Two-Factor Authentication, to help safeguard your account. What are the Benefits of the New Upgrade?

  • Organize and personalize your account view consistently across all devices with its new, responsive design.
  • Chat with American National bankers securely in real-time during business hours.
  • Increased security with two-factor authentication (2FA). 
  • Have full control over when, where, and how your debit card is used with card management. (Previously, My Card Rules was available on a separate app, but with the new upgrade, it is now fully integrated with our app!)
  • PLUS many new features like Zelle payments, Autobooks, and more as outlined below.
