This event will be offered virtually through Zoom. A Zoom account is not required to participate, and participants will receive a link to join prior to the meeting. Special accommodations for those with disabilities will be considered. Please let us know by September 9 if you require special accommodations.

Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours prior to the event date. Registrant substitutions are allowed and may be made at any time up to the start time of the event.
After presentations from our school superintendents, the Danville Pittsylvania County Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors voted to support the referendums in each locality that authorize a 1% sales tax increase to support Danville Public Schools and Pittsylvania County Schools. The Board believes that strong educational systems are crucial to our business community as these graduates will become a part of our future workforce. This workforce will contribute to our economic vitality and support strong communities throughout Danville and Pittsylvania County. The Board urges our members to educate themselves about the issue and vote “yes” in November to the ballot items.
