Dr. Ruberte Thiele is trained to use this new technology and Sovah Health is the only hospital in our region to offer this technology. Getting a precise knee or hip implant fit is important to a patient’s comfort and overall experience following knee or hip replacement surgery. Mako uses data collected before and during surgery to inform the surgeon of many details related to the unique anatomy that may affect the implant fit. By using this data to make more informed decisions, the surgeon can plan for and carry out a personalized surgery based upon a patient’s individual needs.
Dr. Ruberte Thiele specializes in disorders of the hip and knee, robotic-assisted total hip replacement, robotic-assisted total knee replacement, robotic-assisted partial knee replacement, navigation-assisted total knee replacement, navigation-assisted partial knee replacement, revision arthroplasty of the hip and revision arthroplasty of the knee.
