To Students, Faculty, and Staff:
Old Dominion University will close at noon on Friday, September 2, 2022. Beginning at noon next Friday, classes will not meet, and offices will be closed. The University will resume normal operations the following day (Saturday, September 3, 2022).
In addition to the noon closure next Friday, the following parking lots will be closed as outlined below.

Lot 38 - Elkhorn Avenue
Lot 42 - Sailing Center, Whitehurst Hall, and Powhatan Apartments
Lot 47 - Intersection of 46th Street and Killam Avenue
Lot 49 - Intersection of 49th Street and Powhatan Avenue
Lot 58 - Corner of 48th Street and Hampton Boulevard
43rd Street and Elkhorn Avenue Garage
Stadium Garage
Please note that vehicles remaining in the above referenced parking lots after the identified closure dates and times are subject to towing at the owner's expense. All parking lots will reopen on Saturday, September 3, 2022 by 8:00 AM.
