Street resurfacing is scheduled to begin Wednesday morning on a two-mile segment of westbound South Boston Road between the limits and Airport Drive.
At least one westbound lane will be open at all times. The resurfacing project is expected to be complete in the next two weeks (weather permitting). APAC-Atlantic Inc. is the contractor.
Motorists are urged to slow down and be alert to altered traffic patterns, allow more time to reach their destination, or consider an alternate route.
