The Patrick County Music Association is hosting a Mandolin Festival featuring 2019 IBMA Mandolin Player of the Year Alan Bibey. on February 18th at the Stuart Rotary Building. Doors open at 5pm and music begins at 6pm. Please bring your own chairs.
