On Sunday, March 2, former Halifax County High School standout Trinity Martin’s current college team, the Virginia Tech Hokies, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Radford Highlanders.
The game took place at Moyer Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Highlanders this season.
The Hokies’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 7 at 6 p.m. at Tech Softball Park against Virginia Cavaliers.
