The Diabetes Support Group offers people living with diabetes and their support system the opportunity to learn about diabetes, share achievements, hear guest speakers and discuss their diabetes-related concerns. If you or someone you love is living with diabetes,
we invite you to join this group.
The Diabetes support group is held on the 2nd Wednesday of evary month at 10:00 am Virtually.
